Youth Seminars

Pastor Paul reports: March 17 and 18 we had a wonderful time of fellowship with the youth in two villages.  God is SO GOOD! I am sending you some pictures and video. The video is the youth praising GOD for HIS Faithfulness, Love, Care, and Protection!  During these two youth seminars in the two different villages, seven young people gave their lives to CHRIST as their personal saviour. Praise be to GOD! Image #1 Youth seminar outdoors. Image #2 Youth enjoying the teaching. Here’s the latest from Nish and Kristin in Sri Lanka: Dear friends & family, Happy New Year from our family to yours!  2022 Christmas Program Highlights Christmas is always our favorite time of year and this year was up there with the best of them. We pulled out all the stops in our gift-giving and hampers thanks to the generosity of those of you who support us. We had one event at our extension program at Uda Peradeniya. There we have 75 kids who put on an amazing Christmas show with singing, dancing, and drama. We also blessed their families with food hampers that totaled 45...

Bud Centre Christmas

Arrival in Sri Lanka Pastor Marlo Johnson I landed in Sri Lanka at 2 a.m. Saturday, December 17th and arrived at Nish and Kristin’s place around 6 a.m. Straight to bed for a quick nap, then a shower, and I was off to the BUD Center Christmas program!  The kids who attend the BUD Centre sang, danced, and performed a drama for their families.  It was a wonderful day, where Nish’s brother (a pastor) shared the gospel with the children and their families. Nish and Kristin have developed a strong community, and it was easy to see the love expressed within it.  At the end of...

Kandangama Greetings – November 2022

Greetings from our family to yours!   We are nearing the end of this year and we are working towards an ending full of celebration. Christmas is the time of year when we can without reservation or opposition share the true reason of the season in our Buddhist dominant area. Therefore we will be sharing about the birth of our Lord Jesus Christ with our community in a variety of events. On another note the last few months have been full of highlights and lowlights and we want to just share some of those with you. Because you are part of our life and ministry even...
