A few years ago Pastor Paul in Kenya told us about a horrific incident in his country.  A village in the Pokot region was attacked by bandits and cattle rustlers who killed all the adults.  This left the children of that village as orphans and in need of protection.  Another Christian Pastor and his wife who lived not far away took in all of these orphan children and Pastor Paul decided to help by providing food and other essentials.  The children and parents who took part in our 2021 VBS then raised enough funds to provide for the Pokot Orphans for one year.  It takes about $10,000 a year to take care of these orphans needs and that is our goal with this fund.
