Here’s a report from Cheryl Anderson about the school mission to Sri Lanka:

We are having a wonderful time here in Sri Lanka. We made it here with ALL of our suitcases! That’s a miracle in itself! Nish picked us up with a bus and we made our way to the Centre. Nish and Kristin have kept us busy – painting around the property and playing with the children who come to the Bud Centre.

On our first full day here the children performed a song and dance for us. It was beautiful – and LOUD! All of our Westside kids are enjoying the food and the wonderful heat. They have been playing volleyball with the older youth and making friendships that will last a lifetime.

We are preparing for a camp out for tomorrow (Friday) night. It is the highlight of the week for everyone. Pray that it is a clear night and no thunderstorms!
